Vaccination Reminder

Good afternoon Dragons, 

This is a reminder that all students must be fully vaccinated by January 10, 2022.  Any student not fully vaccinated by that date will not be allowed on campus.  Attached are instructions on how to upload your vaccine card, if you received your vaccines outside of LAUSD.  For any student who needs the vaccine, Hollywood High School has a vaccine clinic on campus every day.  Bernstein will have a vaccine clinic on November 16.

Este es un recordatorio de que todos los estudiantes deben estar completamente vacunados antes del 10 de enero de 2022. Cualquier estudiante que no esté completamente vacunado para esa fecha no podrá ingresar al campus. Se adjuntan instrucciones sobre cómo cargar su tarjeta de vacunas, si recibió sus vacunas fuera del LAUSD. Para cualquier estudiante que necesite la vacuna, Hollywood High School tiene una clínica de vacunas en el campus todos los días. Bernstein tendrá una clínica de vacunas el 16 de noviembre.
